These terms govern your use of the Solar Reach Pro platform at solarreachpro.com. Solar Reach Pro is a U.S.-based business operated by a sole proprietor. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Solar quotes and estimates
Quotes and savings estimates produced by the platform are approximations based on information you provide, satellite imagery, and standard industry formulas. They are not binding offers, contracts, or guarantees of system performance, savings, or eligibility for incentives. Final pricing and system design are confirmed in a signed agreement.
Platform subscriptions
Solar businesses may subscribe to the platform on a monthly plan: Starter at $299 per month, Professional at $499 per month, or Enterprise at $799 per month, in U.S. dollars. Prices shown at checkout apply; applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
One-Time Platform Setup — $499
Includes automatic company account creation after payment, platform activation, and access to self-service onboarding for company information and customer quote management. Charged once with the first monthly payment for new subscriptions.
Recurring billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged to the payment method you provide through Stripe, our third-party payment processor, until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. We do not store your card details.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and your subscription is marked past due. Access continues during this retry period. If payment is not recovered, the subscription becomes unpaid or canceled and access to paid features is suspended until a successful payment or a new subscription.
Cancellation
To cancel, email contact@solarreachpro.com from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until then and no further renewals are charged.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually upon request and may be granted at our discretion, subject to applicable law; approval is not guaranteed. Requests can be sent to contact@solarreachpro.com. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Equipment orders and payment
Equipment orders are charged in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Orders are fulfilled according to the terms shown at checkout. If you leave checkout before completing payment, the order remains unpaid.
Electronic signatures
Contracts signed through the platform use typed electronic signatures. By typing your full name and accepting, you agree that the typed name is your legal electronic signature and that you have read and accept the document.
Platform accounts
Representatives and partners are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. Commissions and referral earnings are tracked within the platform and paid separately by Solar Reach Pro; the platform itself does not issue automatic payouts.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users' data, or submitting false information in quotes or orders.
Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solar Reach Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on estimates it produces.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. For subscribers, we will email material changes to your account email before they take effect; continued use of the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
