Solar Reach Pro ("we", "us") is a U.S.-based business operated by a sole proprietor. We operate this platform at solarreachpro.com. It provides remote solar survey and estimate tools, connects homeowners with independent solar representatives, offers monthly platform subscriptions to solar businesses, and lets authorized users order equipment. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Homeowner estimate requests — name, email address, phone number, property address, utility provider, electric bill or usage figures, answers to qualification questions (such as roof age, roof type, timeline and payment preference), and the estimate generated for your property.
- Utility bill photos — photos you choose to upload are processed to extract usage figures (such as kWh and rate) used in your estimate.
- Account information — name, email address, and password for platform users (subscribers, representatives, partners, administrators).
- Subscription information — business name, account email, selected plan, and subscription status (for example active, past due or canceled) received from Stripe.
- Order information — equipment orders placed through the platform.
- Contract records — signed contract documents, including the typed electronic signature applied to them.
How we use information
We use your information to generate solar estimates, route homeowner leads to Solar Reach Pro and any assigned partner for follow-up, send confirmation and notification emails, provide access to your saved estimate through a private link, process subscriptions and equipment orders, deliver contracts, and operate and secure the platform. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Emails
When you submit an estimate request, we send a confirmation email to the address you provide, including a private link to view your estimate, and we notify our team of the new request. Subscribers and platform users receive account and service emails (such as password resets and contract signing links). These are transactional messages related to your request or account.
Service providers
- Google — addresses you type are sent to Google Maps Platform services (address suggestions, geocoding, satellite map imagery) and Google's Solar API to locate your property and produce roof and solar estimates.
- Stripe — monthly subscription payments, One-Time Platform Setup — $499, and equipment order payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout. Includes automatic company account creation after payment, platform activation, and access to self-service onboarding for company information and customer quote management. Card details are entered with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe sends us payment and subscription status updates.
- Resend — confirmation, notification, and other transactional emails are delivered through Resend.
- Hosting and database — our platform and records are hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider.
- AI processing — utility bill photos, order form images, and property addresses may be processed by AI models to extract figures or suggest likely utility providers.
Data retention
We keep estimate, lead, order, subscription, and account records for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal or tax obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the U.S. state where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and access a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it);
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email contact@solarreachpro.com with the subject "Privacy request" and the email address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Children
The platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
