Solar Reach Pro uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries, all of which are strictly necessary for the platform to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies
- Authentication session — when you sign in, a secure session cookie (set by our authentication provider) keeps you logged in. It is removed when you sign out.
Local storage
We also store small preferences in your browser's local storage:
- Which platform notifications you have already read.
- Referral/affiliate attribution for representatives sharing product listings.
- Which announcement banners you have dismissed.
Third-party services
Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages when you place an equipment order, to prevent fraud and process your payment securely. We do not control those cookies.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Because everything we store is strictly necessary, clearing it will sign you out and reset in-app preferences.
